SCHULZ + SCHULZ ARQUITECTOS
BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA
Remodeling + New construction
Originally built in 1947, this hotel comprises a basement, ground floor, restaurant level, and seven stories of guest rooms. The project involved a complete renovation and vertical expansion, increasing the total number of rooms from 69 to 83.
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully upgraded to meet current hospitality standards. Interior enhancements included new finishes, lighting, and high-quality plumbing fixtures throughout the building.
Two new bars and a commercial-grade kitchen were designed and constructed to enhance the food and beverage offering. A new steel-structured rooftop addition was built to house a presidential suite and multipurpose space, taking full advantage of the building’s terrace and skyline views.
